Cancellation Policy

1. Please note that typical 10 minutes buffering time may be required on some occasion for bookings 2. The time suggested in the price list is a guideline for a typical time required to perform the respective massage without rushing, please talk to our staff if you want to make any changes to booked service on arrival 3. please feel free to give us a call on (08) 6404 4191 if you are running late or want to change your bookings to another time. Generally your booking will be held for 15 mins before released if no show 4. Eftpos and cash are accepted in store 5. 10% surcharge may be applied on public holidays
